Through collaborative visioning and strategic facilitation, Stanton developed a board strategy and implementation plan designed to move the organization from vision to action. The work helped define priorities for board development, organizational sustainability and implementation, while strategic messaging supported communication of the organization’s direction and goals.
The resulting strategy supported the development and launch of a new board, which began convening in 2023.
